Project Description: Farthest Star Sake is a tenant fit-out consisting of a 6,000+/- sq ft space that was subdivided to create a Sake brewery within an existing building.
The scope of work involved for producing this brewery includes a new demising partition to create the tenant space; additionally, incorporating new accessible toilet rooms, a small-scale Sake tasting room, new electrical and utilities upgrades, contemporary lighting, and overall new finishes throughout the space.
After the fit-out is complete, this will stand as the only Sake brewery in New England; styled as a sci-fi 80s theme.
