Project Description: New construction of a 9,200 sf apiary, honey processing facility, and store front. This project includes many unique features such as a geothermal heating and cooling system with radiant flooring, timber frame design indoors, as well as a timber frame farmer’s porch, observation window, office spaces, and honey processing facility. This building was constructed using sustainable SIP paneling and has a goal to be NetO within the first two years of business.
