Project Description: This home had not been renovated since its construction in 1959. After completely gutting the outdated kitchen and bathroom living spaces, removing walls, and reconfiguring the layout, we were able to provide our client with a beautiful open concept kitchen and dining space, full bathroom, and new side entrance to their home. Refinished hardwood floors sealed with Rubio monocoat oil, painting throughout, and a refresh to their second bathroom has left the client in disbelief that this could be the same space they were previously living in.
