Project Description: Attached to an occupied residence, this commercial property lacked a distinguishable entrance for its clients and guests. A grand entrance was created with custom stone work and a timber frame portico with metal roofing. Our crew created unique framing for the front door, adorned with a copper header. The entire exterior of the building was fit with new composite siding, windows, trim, black gutters and modern exterior lighting. Shou sugi ban privacy walls and screening were constructed to hide an outdoor HVAC system and a worn carport brick wall.
