Project Description:
Kosa Dispensary is a cannabis dispensary located in Marlborough, Massachusetts.
The tenant fit-out was executed by unifying two individual tenant spaces. This was carried out by removing a boundary wall to create new walls, as well as relocating one existing bathroom.
This dispensary was designed with a custom millwork package. The ceiling entails a curved soffits design which complements the concrete floor stain.
Detailed sheetrock work was upended. Moreover, the entire dispensary has a cohesive woodgrain aesthetic design throughout.
